To fulfil orders and repairs, provide tracking and warranty service, meet legal obligations (e.g. VAT invoicing), and — only with consent — send marketing you can withdraw from at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent, by contacting us. Consent timestamps are recorded. Data-retention periods and the data controller's details must be completed before launch.
Payment processing by Stripe, email delivery by our transactional provider, hosting and database by our infrastructure providers. Each processes data under their own compliant terms.
